We are getting excited about the installation of a new computer system for us!
We will be switching over to the Cornerstone system from Idexx at the end of March. Unfortunately we will need to be closed on Tuesday March 26th for Implementation of the new system and in-depth staff training for the day. On Wednesday March 27th we will be running surgeries and appointments but will try to keep the day ‘light’ so that we may use our new-found knowledge on how to book appointments, complete billings etc. We are excited about many of the features this new system has to offer although we are sure there will be some ‘growing pains’ along the way. We hope that you, our faithful clientele, will be patient as we become efficient with our new software.
We will be looking at reducing the amount of mailings we will be sending out in the future and this new system will allow for email updates and reminders. We will be confirming email addresses with clients on a regular basis to allow for ease of communication in the future.
